Once our technician has arrived to your home, he will asses the service or issue and before any work commences, you will be presented an upfront price-an exact cost to the penny to have the work completed. Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. We schedule our first appointments between 8:30 am and 9 am. From there we offer time slots 10 am to 12 pm, 12 to 2 pm and 2 to 4 pm. All scheduled appointments are provided with a 30 mins notice from our technician when he is on route.
All that is required to schedule your service is name, address, phone number and email. You will be sent via text message or email an appointment confirmation immediately after scheduling, and a reminder the day before.
